Beginning Monday, September 21st, The Tailgate Tavern & Grill will be giving away a seat into the Main Event at The Heartland Poker Tour in the Spring of 2010. This seat is valued at $1,600.00. Forget having to pay and play in the qualifying events. Play Monday, Tuesday & Thursday nights and you can increase your chances to win. Everytime you play increases your chance to win this seat. The player who has the most points over the next several months will win the $1,600.00 into the Main Event at The Heartland Poker Tour in the Spring of 2010 (see points structure below). MORE CHANCES TO WIN A SEAT TO THE HEARTLAND POKER TOUR!! You now have 3 more opportunities to win a qualifier seat to the Heartland Poker Tour. Qualify any Monday, Tuesday or Thursday nights at The Tailgate Tavern & Grill between now and next spring when the Heartland Poker Tour returns to Blackhawk. In order to qualify you must make the final 5 players at the final table any night The Tailgate Tavern & Grill has poker, or win the Consolation table. We will hold a one-time tournament next spring where the winner will win a qualifier seat (valued at $360.00) to the Heartland Poker Tour Main Event Qualifier (dates to be determined). The more you make the final table (or win the Consolation table) the bigger your chip stack will be. POINT STRUCTURE Main Tournament 1st place: 200 points 2nd place: 190 points 3rd place: 180 points 4th place: 170 points 5th & 6th place: 160 points 7th & 8th place: 135 points 9th place: 115 points 10th place: 100 points All players who play will receive 50 points, whether you make the final table, or not. You play, you get points. Consolation Tournament 1st place: 15 points 2nd place: 14 points 3rd place: 13 points 4th place: 12 points 5th & 6th place: 10 points 7th place: 8 points 8th place: 6 points 9th place: 4 points 10th place: 2 points Everyone else who plays in the Consolation tournament will receive 1 point.
